Refund policy
Because each scripture tile is custom printed for each order, ScriptureFix cannot accept returns. Cancelling orders once production has begun is also not possible for the same reason.
However, ScriptureFix will happily refund or replace any scripture tiles that have issues, such as a defect in manufacturing, damage during shipping, a mistake with the order, or a problem with the functionality of the product.
To request a refund or replacement, please use our contact form or email us at support@scripturefix.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide a picture of the damage or issue. After assessing the issue, ScriptureFix will determine whether a refund or replacement is approved, and notify you regarding next steps.
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@scripturefix.com.
If a replacement is approved, you will receive instructions on how to finalize the replacement order.
